Helen Lubin
Helen Lubin has been working with Waldorf schools, Waldorf teacher education programs for early childhood and grades, and therapeutic speech arts for 40 years. She founded Speech Arts in Waldorf Schools in North America in 1994 to develop collaborative connections between Waldorf schools and professional speech artist-educators, for the purpose of furthering this integral component of Waldorf education and human development. Helen has worked with over 55 North American Waldorf schools: with classes, teachers, individual students, office staff and parents. MA Human Development; BS Speech Pathology and Audiology; BA Special Educational Studies; Camphill Seminar in Curative Education, with 10 years’ experience in this field. Faculty of Steiner School of Speech Arts; certified TESOL instructor; speaks French and German; freelance editor/translator; former Waldorf student.
